WHAT ARE ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS?

Elevator Inspections are the key for ensuring and keeping safe, reliable elevators. We provide a thorough evaluation of mechanical, electrical, and safety parts to guarantee everything is working properly and is safe for continued use.

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Elevator companies need to make sure all parts are up to code. Our QEI inspectors assess whether elevators are in full accordance with governing safety and accessibility standards.

WHO DOES ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS?

Elevator Companies preform the physical tests for inspections, and Qualified Elevator Inspectors (QEI) witness the test. QEI inspectors are certified analysts, and maintain their licenses by furthering their education and staying up to date on vertical transportation standards.

WHAT DO WE DO IN THE INSPECTION CATAGORY?

We supervise and perform QEI-certified inspections—including maintenance contract compliance inspections and code compliance inspections—for vertical transportation equipment in new and existing structures. As an innovator in vertical transportation education and training, we work diligently to facilitate the continued education and training of our inspectors through NAESA International, ensuring the highest rigor in our inspection analytics.
