Ashland serves as the Small Business component and Lead under the Maintenance and Repair Contract for all activities associated with the operation, maintenance, testing, repairs, cleaning, inspection and certification of elevators, escalators and wheel chair lifts at the Pentagon and its associated components: 46 traction elevators, 29 hydraulic elevators, 46 escalators, and 6 wheelchair lifts; 127 units total, and also encompasses the maintenance of the VTMS field devices, servers, and workstations located on the Pentagon Reservation in the National Capital Region (NCR).
